A young female patient came to our clinic with severely damaged upper front teeth. As shown in the initial picture, the teeth were not only decayed but also significantly damaged on the labial (outer) surfaces. This affected both aesthetics and daily quality of life, making an aesthetic and durable solution essential.
Treatment process
To ensure the final crowns would not become too thick, we first initiated root canal treatment.
- The four upper front teeth were root-treated.
- Following this, the teeth were prepared (shaped).
- A digital impression was then taken, providing high precision and comfort for the patient.
- During the trial phase, temporary plastic crowns were used so the patient could already see the future look of her smile.
- Finally, we created the definitive zirconia restorations, offering a natural appearance and long-term durability.
The result
