What do you need to do?
Fill in the referral card with your details and give it to your friend or acquaintance. The referred person should bring the completed referral card to their first appointment/visit and hand it in at the reception. After the start of the treatment, we will send you the EUR 100 voucher by post. You may make an unlimited number of referrals; after each referral that results in a dental treatment for a new patient, you are entitled to receive a voucher. The referral card may be copied or reprinted.
* This promotion applies only to new patients who have not previously received treatment at our clinic and is not valid retroactively. The referral program does not apply to orthodontic treatments (teeth alignment).
Terms and conditions for issuing and redeeming the voucher:
The voucher:
- may be transferred to another person
- is valid for one year from the date of issue
- can only be redeemed at the Diamant Dent Institute of Dentistry & Hotel
- cannot be redeemed for orthodontic treatments (teeth alignment)
- cannot be redeemed for products
- cannot be redeemed for purchases in the webshop
- cannot be combined with other promotions
- copying or duplication of the voucher is strictly prohibited
- cannot be reissued if lost
* Please bring the voucher(s) with you and hand them to our receptionist. Multiple vouchers may be redeemed at the same time; however, no more than 30% of the total treatment cost can be covered using vouchers. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, and no cash refund is possible.
