    Initial Condition

    The patient presented with worn and unaesthetic dentition. Tooth 44 was fractured, and the crown on tooth 45 was deeply decayed, requiring root canal treatment. The existing metal-ceramic crowns showed chipped porcelain, affecting the overall smile aesthetics.

    Treatment

    Full-arch bridges were prepared on both jaws, combined with bite elevation to restore the original bite height and facial harmony. After root canal therapy, precise preparation and impressions were made, followed by the creation of durable, aesthetic restorations in the dental laboratory.

    Result

    The new bridges provided a stable bite, improved chewing function, and a natural, youthful smile. The patient regained confidence and full comfort when smiling.
